How To Appeal An ODSP Rejection

ODSP Appeal Rejection
If you've been rejected for the Ontario Disability Support Program based on financial or disability eligibility, you have the right to ask for an Internal Review of the decision

You have 30 days from the day you receive the decision to complete and file a Request for Internal Review at your local ODSP Office. Check the letter that told you about the decision for the exact deadline.

Click here to download the Request for Internal Review form.

Once filed, you should receive a letter telling you the result of the Internal Review in 30 days.
